          I am completely broken today. Half stepped my whole workout and napped between sets.I'm taking 4 days off .

          Biceps/ Hams Wednesdays/Saturdays

          Back extensions 12x3
          Seated leg curl 60x60x3
          Bicep, bar 45x12x3
          U-Tread squat 180x25x2, 225x15
          Slant board side crunches 20x2, sit ups 20x1
          Single arm Machine Curls orange band couldn’t do these
          Lie down leg curl 30x20, 40x20, 50x20
          Single arm preacher curls 15lb dumbbell 12 reps 3 sets

              It happens after a while trixie. I was worn out today too. By the end of the week your body wants you to rest.

                        Back at it today and even though I had a great time every day I was gone it is very nice to be back to a real routine. I can't wait til my body recoups from being off schedule and gets rid of the excess sodium. Good day at the gym the rest did me good. My diet plan is not quite ironed out yet.

                        Chest and Shoulders on Thursdays

                        Spider walks 1 minute 2x
                        Back extensions 12x3
                        Bench Press / 50lbs w thin orange band x20 wide, 14narrow and 20 regular
                        Pullovers 35x12x3 Used the 1 second squeeze
                        Shoulder shrugs 25 lbs dumb bells 16x3
                        Reverse pec deck orange band and 25lbs x12x3, 25lb DB raises 12x ss, 3 sets
                        Slant Board side to side 35x3
                        HS Plated Shoulder Press orange bands doubled no weight 12x3
                        Incline Bench press 55lb 20x3 wide, narrow, regular
                        Lat Pull down 60x20, 75x20, 90x12
                        Spider Walks 1 minute 2x
                        HS Ab Crunch 20x35x3
                        Row machine 5 minutes
