Short run through the gym today, I liked it. Rake got out of doing the Split Squats and seemed very happy. It is well over 100 degrees today and I am having a hard time eating all that I should today.I have a few hours so I'm sure I will make it.

gusto the short answer is YES. However, guns just advised me to increase my Carbs, Fat and Calories so now I leave the top numbers there so he will have an idea if I am redirecting my diet in the right way. Thanks for being so attuned to what I have going on, it is very flattering. ~Trixie~
I'm back!! Weekends are going to be brutal for awhile because of the work schedule. I packed so much food this weekend, now I have an idea of what it is like for real body builders every day. I didn't get to the gym either day but hit my diet numbers spot on. My body is pretty slim, I am wearing a dress that bought in Hawaii over 6 years ago that I have never worn. Too small. I have a bad habit of buying clothes too small thinking that will be incentive to lose weight. This dress matched Rake's Hawaiian shirt I love. May be a creepy older person thing. Definitely a home school family thing. Matchey outfits lol.
