    I had my regular Wednesdat bicep day. I worked myself very hard and had NO energy left for rowing today. I am loving the high carb day, oats for breakfast and I had a shake Post wo aFish Burrito for lunch. Sorry so vague today, on the run had a hair appt. to beautify and off to work. It will probably take a couple weeks to getback at the log for real. I am doing what I should.

      stay on top of your log trixie, so you hold yourself accountable as well as being able to go back and see what you did or were doing. this is how you track what is or isnt working and progress as well. no need to be anal about the details if you are pressed for time. just list cals pro, carbs and fat. exercises and body part trained. do a brief summary and go from there.

        I see it has been quite a few days since I have put in my cals protein and such. You are right the details can get away from you in a hurry. I had chicken, steak and hamburgers on the grill this morning when we got called in to work. Had to have my son finish up the grilling so he probably ate some of it. I will plan better and get back at it. Thanks for the reminder.

          I took off training today. Chest and shoulder day, needed the rest. I'm on my 2nd high carb day and trying to be a bit tighter on the protein and calories. Got called in to work was changed and out of the house in 7minutes. Ionly have my pad so no way to give precise numbers. I will be sure to pack the lap top from now on. I did brush the pool this morning so I wasn't a complete slug.

            After 3 more days off training I finally got a cardio and ab day in.

            10 min. Treadmill at 15 incline , 2.5 spd.
            Ab crunches 150x2
            Rowing machine 10 minutes. Tried to get 2000m had 5m left after 10 min.
            Side crunches machine 20lbs 100 each side
            Rowing machine 10 minutes. Tried to get 2000m had 135m left after 10 min.

            Oatmeal 1/4 C/ w 1/2 C almond milk
            1 scoop MyoFusion Choc-pb flavor/water
            1 Tbsp Coconut oil
            2 Scoop MyoFusion w/ 1C almond milk
            16 oz Sirloin, 1/2 baked potato, green beans , 20 oz Weiss beer
            2 scoop ISO 100 Pina Colada flavor w/ 2C Almond Milk

            The beer alone blew my carbs for the day.
            I start my new program tomorrow so I will begin to be very exact about my carb cycling and protein intake. I plan to take in a bit more fat to see if I can burn some of this stubborn fat around my hips and through my back and belly off. Rake grilled about 12 chicken breasts today so if we get called into work ahead of schedule we will be prepared. We shopped and got our menu plan together so that we know where we are headed. Rake got milk and cream cheese, peanut butter and some other great stuff I won't be adding to my diet. This may be the most difficult season for me because Rake will be eating so many things I won't be. Can't wait to see what happens next.

              We moved like mad men in the gym today. Must have been getting a little lazy over the summer, waking up late and having no time restriction for the gym. I took too many stimulants today and have felt a bit sick and shaky all day. Live and learn.

              Mondays Chest and Back

              Spider walks 1 minute 2x
              Back extensions 12 reps 3 sets
              Bench Press 45 x 30 wide, 30 narrow, 30 regular grip
              Pull Overs 30x22x3 squeeze at the forehead
              DB Shrugs 20x20x3
              Fly machine 55x16x3, 1 second hold, 3 second release
              Slant board side crunches 25x3
              Narrow lat pull down 60x20x3 squeeze at the bottom 3 second release
              Chest press machine 79x20x3
              Lat pull machine 40x20x3, 1 second hold, 3 second release
              HS Ab 20x25x3
              Spider walks 1 minute 2x

              Low Carb 30, Cal 1500 9/1
              3 whole eggs
              Oatmeal 1/4 C w/ 1/2 C Almond milk
              Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
              2 Scoop Syntha-6 Strawberry Milkshake flavor w almond milk
              Grilled chicken breast

                  if we are going to start playing the gaining muscle/getting stronger game we are going to have to start upping the cals a bit. i would suggest a little bump in carbs and a medium bump in fat. keep the protein the same. this will keep you lean while you are gaining. also keep the carbs at before during and after training as much as possible
