        Good morning FG. Shoulders and calves this morning. And I did back and triceps with the wife. I will get better with the journal in the evening still trying to get the feel of the place. Look for this and that. But really loved the back workout with all those new machines.

                  In my world it's just now 7 was at the gym at 5 had alot more planned but like I said old partner showed and we hadn't seen eachother in awhile and we were more than just training partners. I was his best man. I'm old enough to he his dad most people think I am it's pretty funny. So he was ready to talk which was cool he kept apologizing. Cause he knows how I am. I just laughed and said you k ow Damn well if I wasn't happy to hear your voice I would have already shot a 10 lb plate at you like a frizbee. Cause I had before. We almost were crying laughing about that day. Our workouts would get pretty intense at times.

                    Good morning FG. It was abs and legs today. Had a really good workout going and got the phone call. Need to do this and that. Lately seems like it's always something. Just trying to stay positive.

                                I like the split sessions brother.
                                Glad to hear the shoulders are doing better, it's amazing how much shoulder pain can affect (in a bad way) almost all other training sessions.
