    used to be the same way here but i hit up a local grocery store and asked the manager to order it for me. now they carry it but i still use amazon and buy it by the case most of the time. way cheaper and just as quick haha

    cream of wheat is much harder to choke down by itself haha but cor is pretty bad solo also

    LMAO, Guns didn't tell you that Cream of Rice is inedible by itself. Ask him for his tricks to get that down.

    So now that I'm not stuffing my face. Here was what I had today
    Meal 1
    40g muscle milk
    Meal 2
    5 eggs hash browns Cream of
    wheat
    Meal 3
    Cream of wheat and whey isolate
    Meal 4
    Grand mac combo meal(guns said it was ok)
    Meal 5
    Chicken fajitas
    Meal 6
    Cream of wheat and whey isolate
    When I list cream of wheat it's 50g whey isolate us 40g workout is between meal 1 and 2.
