    you absolutely can. it shouldnt impact your primary workout at all as long as you arent taking anything to failure or to much volume prior to the main lifts

    you can hit shoulders 3x per week for a short period of time. they tend to get beat up faster than other body parts do.

    Thinking back now after that little bit of shoulder work I did feel stronger quicker during my back work. I'm pretty sure I've seen Kai Green do a quick shoulder workout before all of his upper body work. I might try it again but not quite as heavy shoulder work.

    Good morning FG. Wow good workout. Little confusion on my part at first. Partner was late so I started with shoulders. He got there and was like dude I don't think k we need to do shoulders 3 times a week. So we switched to back. I'm easy.

    Good morning FG. What is up? Got a good back session in this morning if you guys have notice the weights are slowly getting heavier. This is how I prefer to lift. I'm finally getting a little confidence in my right arm. I expect the weights to rise very quickly to at least to where I was.
