Good morning FG. Just got a Damn good back session in. Me and my partner were again discussing how different these machines are. It is crazy. Example the wide grip pull downs at 80 is marked on the plate but my body weight of 185 I can barely get my knees under the pad to start the exercises lol.

Good morning FG. I did chest and tris yesterday morning. Felt strong ran out of gas pretty quick. Still don't have my lungs back 100% from being sick. Getting better is all that matter.

So I didn't hardly sleep at all last night head is going to explode. I believe my congestion has turned into sinus infection the pressure in my head is unreal.
