Good morning FG. Well let's hope this was the first of many on this run. Sciatic nerve seems to be getting better more numb than pain. Except at night last night went from dead asleep to Damn near a scream. Little strange really. Anyway good chest and bis session done and in the books.

now you need to look at the graston and or iastm work. it will help the disks not pinch back together. pt told me that you can traction and chiro all day long but if the muscle is all bound up and scar tissue is built up, that it will just go back to painful again.
good that it helped out though man
We actually talked about that and he said he would like for some of the inflammation to go down. Also made a plan to hit my shoulder as well have issues with front lat spread or rear my left shoulder just won't do what it's suppose too.
Good morning FG. Spent an hour on the decompression table. Wow do I feel better. He told me to take another day off to let things settle down.

OK, Joker. I'm having a HUGE problem getting used to my new schedule. How are you making it work? Any suggestions will be helpful.
Much Love, ~Trixie~
I'm not making it work at all I'm wore out. I'm just taking advantage of time when it presents itself. It sucks. My wife is asked me to quit bit the money is great. Since I've started this job my wife hasn't been stressed about money at all. That means more to me than you can know. So I figure it's just up to me to try and make the best of it. It has to get better. I hope
Good morning FG. Good back and tri session in this morning. The radiate pwo is working great. I will say I think it would be alot more useful in a diet phase.
