No brother I was alternating db curls with Rope hammer curls. Those were the rope hammers. I wish I was curling the hundreds before my accident I could get a couple with the 80 's but that's as heavy as I've got curling db

I agree completely. The only thing big weight ever got my shoulders was hurt. At one time I could barbell press 275-280 some where in their. And my shoulders didn't look anything like they do now.

Yeah a strength coach I follow says shoulders respond better to high volume and time under tension. I should adapt this practice.
