                              Thanks baby1. This morning me and the training partner drove 40 minutes to the neighboring town where there is a world gym. And we destroyed back was feeling quite sick to the stomach by the time we were done have never puked during back but it was very close today. Used machines that I don't even know what to call them. But my back was blowed up for sure. May have to make that a Saturday thing. Followed it up with some biceps. I really wish I would have written everything down. I will next time for sure.

                                I’m reading this and I’m thinking there are a couple gyms relatively close that I wanna check out. May have to plan a day trip. Great idea brother.
