    Good morning FG. Good shoulder day. Not the heaviest weight but form was perfect. I would say most reps were in the 4 second range if not slower. Threw some calves in at the end

    Ya squats will slow things down for sure and deadlifts. My Saturday or Sunday morning leg days are 1 and a half to 2 hours compared to my evening leg day which is about 45 minutes first time ever using all these leg machines I don't even know what most of them are called but they have improved my legs a great deal in a short amount of time. I want to say the one is for the abductors. It has filled my legs out alot. Makes me walk funny. Lol
