    Good morning FG. Good chest workout this morning strength is still climbing. Feel a little wore out this morning but 46 years young so I guess it's to be expected once in awhile.

    Good afternoon FG. So I finally have caught my breath for whatever reason my flippin alarm didn't go off this morning. So I didn't make it to the gym barely mad it to work on time. So guns I will hit those Meadows rows in the morning. Lol

    Thanks brother. I figured I would take guns advice another step to get this bp under control. I checked it yesterday it was 170/74 which isn't great but for me not to bad.
