It's going bro so busy me and the wife organized a big benefit down on the river for her little brother who we just found out is ate up with cancer. So gym time hasn't been the priority. Things have to get back to normal soon. The benefit was awesome. We had 3 bands all the food you could eat. I have to say it got a little drunk out.

Got too wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't get back to it. I will say that this has been the hardest time I've had getting back on the horse though seem to be over the hump now.
