                  Thanks brother. I've had my training partner back for 7 days the same guy I've been with for 7 years. I'm old enough to be his dad. So he helps alot. This morning doing the low pulley rows he was like dude you have veins sticking out of your lats I've never seen befor. So you know that was fuel on the intensity fire. Got another kid trying with us that is only 20 all of that was done in 52 minutes. I feel that's a nice pace for 3 guys

                    always motivating to absolutely destroy the youngsters. hell ma, we are in better shape on a bad day than most people are on their best days. that is smoking fast for sure. i normally train with the wife and my daughter daily and we can crank through it super fast as well. that is except when their is lunges squats or deads involved haha. db rows tend to be difficult to move fast on also. keep killing them man, it only makes you all better

                      Ya squats will slow things down for sure and deadlifts. My Saturday or Sunday morning leg days are 1 and a half to 2 hours compared to my evening leg day which is about 45 minutes first time ever using all these leg machines I don't even know what most of them are called but they have improved my legs a great deal in a short amount of time. I want to say the one is for the abductors. It has filled my legs out alot. Makes me walk funny. Lol
