Thank you. Yes we are enjoying the g baby. But this one is from our son and it is alot different than his sister. It's like the maternal family has all the rights. Lol

Got too wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't get back to it. I will say that this has been the hardest time I've had getting back on the horse though seem to be over the hump now.
It's going bro so busy me and the wife organized a big benefit down on the river for her little brother who we just found out is ate up with cancer. So gym time hasn't been the priority. Things have to get back to normal soon. The benefit was awesome. We had 3 bands all the food you could eat. I have to say it got a little drunk out.

Sorry to hear this but its great that you are doing all you can to support him. Remember to take care of yourself and get in some time to train even if it is a short amount.
