              Update for the wife's he has been working a lot. She is at 134 lbs lean muscle are hard and striated very well and she is getting hella strong she did decline bench yesterday 145 7 reps it was great.

                    that is all my legs could take lol
                    breakfast 3 scoops myofusion with milk
                    second meal 5 eggs and oats
                    post gym shake 3 scoops whey with bcaa careatine
                    lunch chicken and slaw
                    snack cottage cheese and blueberries
                    dinner chicken and sweet tatter
                    its really hard to eat this way but the gains are great love yall sorry i have not posted been super busy with work and diva i love my avavtar thank u love

                          Diet is almost dialed in
                          Takes her three shots a week with no complaints
                          Looks forward to the gym and her protein shakes
