    squats smith machine 100lbs for 4 sets 15 reps
    leg curls 40/50/60lbs for 15 reps
    leg ext 30/40/50 for 15 reps
    calf - raise 45 lb 4 sets 20 reps
    breakfast two scoops myofusion -milk two eggs
    mid morning chicken sandwich
    post workout 80 g iso whey
    lunch cottage cheese and 2 scoops myofusion
    dinner pork chops and squash

        Looks yummy! Remember shove the protein in especially in food, more protein means more fat loss. Love you sweetie, looking great!
