          she is looking buff lean and her veins are like a road map the 10 mg of tbol a day was a great addition to her cycle

                65 minutes on elliptical, that is a crazy amount of cardio. I could never do that, kudos to the woman. Then weight training? "Super Woman" for sure.

                    Today 8-16-15 she is at a super lean 142 lbs bf% is 4-6% she is looking swole all eyes are on her where ever we go esp the gym I am so proud of her.
