      I try she is doning Great following my work out plan and diets without ? After 8 years she is at 132 today solid hard muscle striations all over

                sorry i have been slack on my log been hitting gym eod and diet is on point mr mm has me getting lean and hard . alot of cardio and im getting stronger by the day
                10-28-14 chest
                incline hammer mach 3x12
                flat hammer 4x12
                decline 5x12
                cables 5x15
                breakfast two egg white samich
                two iso shake 80 g
                lunch 10 oz tuna salad
                shake 80 g
                dinner crab cakes and shrimp
                bed time 60 g casin

                    Arg have a question my gf is gonna start a cycle soon, she has ran var, winny, and primobolon previously. She didn't like the winny var was great first time but second gave her stomach flora some issues, she loved primo.
                    Just curious what you would suggest she is 34 and very active in the gym I guess would be her 4 th cycle.

                    I was thinking low dose test e and maybe some var as an oral.
                    What's your thoughts please and thank you.

                      She takes 200 mg test e a week and 15 mg var ed that is a good cycle for ur girl with her Exp

                                well i back been busy with work. im at a solid 132 today doing 1 hr cardio ed and weights ill start posting workouts agin
