        sorry been super busy so here is my update im at 139 lbs solid at least mm says so. i have gotten stronger in the gym day by day went up on weightd 2-5 lbs on every exercise ill get back soon the holiday season is very busy for me and a thank u to tgb for having my 10 lb iso whey instock.

            hello fg sorry so slack . im at 148 solid no flab have gottne very strong ex curls went from 10lbs to 30. i bench 130 10 times and squate 140lbs feeling very good. mm says my diet is on key red meat ground turkey whey iso and matrix.feel better and more focoused than i have in years.i am getting compliment ed

                  just poping in for an up date im on masteron 50 mg eod and i love it im stronger in the gym just very grumpy doing well down to 132 lbs and none of my jeans fit i need a new belt lol

                          Mrs mm is getting strong she did 165 lb squats 6. And 125 flat press 4 yesterday I was so proud of her everyone in the gym was watching. Keep it up baby love ya.

                              Great job!! You are definitely making a lot of progress. I have noticed that there is always a new goal just around the bend and it looks like you are achieving yours. Great numbers in the gym for sure congratulations. Much love.
