    1-16-15 update on her progress she did deads today she did 140. 3 times I was so proud of her it has been 14 mths since her shoulder sugery and she is finally getting her confidence back in the gym thanks trixie for your kind words in this thread I really believe u inspire her.

      goodness i forgot he had a log here she have her on on sponsers gear primo 100mg a week anavar 30 mg ed split and soon t-bol 10 mg ed she is doing great lean 126 lbs hard and seperated muscles she feels better thank ever and has her diet on point i will start updating her log here more often aslo here are a few of her last few days

        She started 45 min sessions of cardio today and changing up her weights and diet for cutting
        45 min treadmill on incline fast walk

                          dont know if i listed her gear yest she is now on psl only
                          30mg anavar ed breakfsat lunch and dinner
                          100 mg primo depot every friday the pimo is really making her tight and cut she is on week 7
                          10 mg t-bol ed 5 mg breakfast 5 mg dinner
                          she loves all her products but would kill to keep her primo
