    The plan is killer easy. You know how many truly hard to follow diets I have been on in my life. All worked, but only for awhile. Long enough to lose the weight but not to get lasting results for life. I love this way of life and I'm on the guns train forever!

    great cheat and i would say you guys stayed within the cals for the cheat. the cool thing is that by adding in the jalepenos and avacodo you actually had good stuff in their with the cheat lol. they both boost the metabolsim big time not to mention the way you have cheats does so as well. great job at following the plan

    This was my cheat this week.


    Garbage Fries at a place called 'Park on Fremont'


    This was filled with chese, jalepenos, diced tomatos, avocado, deliicous sauce and a fried egg on top. As you can see, the Bloody Marys are almost gone, cause this was our second order of the fries.

    Rake almost had a heart attack right there. I thought his left arm was going to explode.

    Plated Leg Press 135x12x3
    Slant board side to side crunches 20x2, 20 reg crunches
    Single arm bicep 40x12x3 left, 40x10x3 right Rake helped on last 2 sets last 2 to3 reps
    Lie down leg curl 65x15, 80x8, x9
    HS Plated bicep curl 35x10, x8, x9
    HS Ab Crunch 50x25x2, 40x25x1

    3 whole eggs
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w 1 C Almond Milk / vitamins
    1 can all white albacore in water
    3 eggs, turkey sausage
    1 can all white albacore in water
    1 scoop ISO 100 Pina Colada flavor w/1 C almond milk

    killing them split squats haha. i hate em but they are awesome. great eating and i know nothing about the new fish but i am sure it is a white fish and prob has the same profile as roughy or tilipia does. if it is tasty i say tear it up because fish is horrible yuck. keep tearing it up trixie and i am pretty sure the show you guys have this weekend is the usas.

    Overhead Rope Tricep pulls 40x25x3 I have never done these so it was fun. The movement seems more concentrated and I didn’t seem to be able to overcompensate for my weaker left arm so it was fried. Also on the last set I started to get a pumped up feeling right in the middle of my back, not sure about that.
    HS iso single leg extension 45x16x3 each leg
    Skull crushers 20lb bar 25x3 haven’t done these in almost 2 years FUN
