W-Bar Cable Tri’s underhand grip 20, 25, 30x12 ea.
Seated Press 100x12x3
In with Rake today. Pace was super quick lots of work to do today. Getting a bit tired of the newbies sitting and texting. More insufferable people to train or get rid of.

Put this one in with Rake and his Sister. She's a trouper, we are killing it together.
Superbowl killled me bet wise but my Club's Party was a huge hit and we made bank. Wore a Vintage Marilyn Monroe Dress and was happy to have spent the extra bucks on it.

Standing Preacher Curls, 25x30 warm-up (10 lower, 10 upper, 10 full),
25x12x3 wide, narrow, regular grips
Plated leg press 50x16, 140x12x2
Seated HS Crunch machine 0x36x2, 12 ea. Center, L obl., R obl.
Rolling
Kneeling single leg curls 30x16, 40x12x2
HS Plated seated Bicep 25x12, 35x12x2
Lying leg curls 55x16, 70x12x2
Back at it and feeling great! Not so sure about looking great just yet. Keep you posted.

My sister is really motivated and has me getting 3 solid sessions in with at least 30 minutes of cardio 2-1 pace a week. Rake is getting me back in with more lifting. Should see some results soon. My measurements are dismal with a bit of fat gain. the only measure that is smaller is my Bicep and is clearly from muscle loss. Diet is getting better although not precisely on schedule getting in the right protein.

Last week got in 2 quad days and a ham day. First ham day in 2 months thank God I have a high toilet.
Finally breaking free of the ominous work schedule. Got 4 days in this week so far and two sessions in today.
I will be helping my sister-in-law get in the gym and back to a healthy weight. Planning 3 days a week with her and getting at least 5 days in with Rake.
No more chocolate Kisses and Fireball for me.
