    Seated Tri machine 70x16x3

    Roller Work
    Single leg extensions 40x16x3
    Overhead Cable Tri’s 25x16x3
    Seated Press 100x16x3

    Great week in the gym but I was as dumb as a DoDo Bird this week. Made several mistakes with my work and can't remember even the simplest things. Rake just gave me that 'you're pathetic' look all week. Super excited about getting 4 days of cardio in.

        Asisted Tri machine 60# counterweight x12x3
        Hack 45x12, 90x12x2
        Seated Ab machine 12+12+12 Oblique’s & crunches 2 sets
        Roller Work
        Single leg extensions 40, 50, 60x12 ea. 70x8

        Hot Hula cardio

        This Hula class is so much harder than I expected. The concentration it takes to get the moves right is fierce. This seems to be a very sloppy version of belly dancing.I prefer belly dancing but this is the class they offer so going to be working to get it right. Much better than the treadmill or step mill. I have added way to many carbs back into my diet so paying close attention to that moving forward.

            Oops! no cardio today. Got back to the gym and everyone was flooding out because of a bomb threat. Seems crazy but it was shut all the way down so I washed the car instead.

              Wednesday: good primary day.
              Thursday: Off Rake was so depressed he had to go back to sleep
              Friday: Breezed through a light secondary Quad day.
              Saturday: Off
              Sunday: Trial Thanksgiving Dinner. Get to see my boys and eat some great food.

                          Got to get back at this. In the past month I only put in a handful of lifting days but I have done a bunch of cardio sessions.Just trying to find something that works into my schedule right now. Never realized how sweet semi-retirement was. Rake goes in at 7am every morning then comes home to pick me up for the job we do every afternoon. We'll get our workouts back in the schedule soon.

                            Last 2 weeks we got a decent Chest day and Quad day in on Mon and Tues. That leaves me sore and aching by the end of the week from inactivity.
