My home gym.....

Currently in India and hotel is a resort....nice gym but filled with wannabes today....

2 guys working with trainers...both trainees on their phones regularly

People on phones all over...no peace

Lady trying to take my bench when I got up to change dumbells between sets

Posers who shouldn't be posing..

Ugh....only 4 more days....

For this beautiful day here the Lord has given us in the mountains

For the good ones in my family, even that we have had isses we alaways work through things.

Its my sister-in-law's bday today and was my grandma's the 20th. So its a nice week for me, I love seeing them happy, my grandma is a wonderful lady. My sister in law is like an actual sister, I'm proud of my brother he did great picking her lol and they are doing so well for just a young couple. Plus i get to spend time with my niece today so they can go out for her bday.

Great day, one of the best i a long time for me.

The people who face adversity and share their struggles. No matter if they overcome their obstacles or not, they are turning a negative situation into a positive learning experience. You will see this one throughout the thread but it's one of things I am really grateful for.
