God blessing me with three years of marriage to my mountain woman my family is healthy and a new job to support my beautiful wife.

Grateful for the new employee I hired on August 1. Two months in and she is still going strong and highly motivated. She has raised the whole level of energy around the place. She is making the place stress free with her attitude and work ethic.

Being vulnerable. I get a lot from opening myself up to people I trust. When I tell people I'm scared or that things are not going so well, it gives me a sense of comfort that I don't have to be a tough guy all the time or know all the answers. Don't get me wrong, I'm not being a sad sack when I do this, but when I get that shit off my chest it gives me a chance to look at it for what is and then the strength to take care of it. Sometimes I can't do it by myself and knowing that there are others who will help me feels pretty damn good.
