The little things that pop up in my day that remind me life is much more than just the way I feel. I saw a video recently with Fred Rodgers and it just really moved me and made me realize how petty some of the things I worry about on a daily basis really are. Being into body building I often over concern myself with the way I look and what I eat. I Set aside time to get to the gym and if some of these things don't go my way I get upset. More often than not I look at these things as "rights" not as gifts. How would I conduct myself as a person if I could no longer do some of the things I love. Where is my attitude at when things do not not go the way I want them too. What kind of person am I when no is looking. Very grateful to get a chance to work on these things.

Spur of the moment walk into the nail salon to get a pedicure! So relaxed I think I am going to take a nap. I also noticed I was the only woman in there not on her phone. Who really got the full benefits? moi

I'm grateful today because I hit my 40 hours at 12 noon so I don't have to go back to work until Monday morning. I get a 5 day weekend! My company is tight with overtime so if not enough reason to work it you go home when you hit 40. I had to work 12s this weekend on a trip to the middle of nowhere from Friday to Monday and our work week starts on Saturday.

A simple chat with a good friend. Called a friend of mine last night and we just talked. No bullshit of small talk. we discussed our family's our problems and the way we are working through it all. It got me out of my own head and by the end of the talk I was in a much different state of mind. Really cool to have people like that in my life.

Everyone who posts in this thread and those that take the time to read it. I'm really humbled by all the posts and views. Also I'm very blessed to have a great family and had just a killer workout tonight. Lots of gratitude tonight.

I should also add that I am thankful cell phones have a video record feature as well.
