Trying to slow down and relax in the day for a bit. It's easy for me to get caught up in the extreme grind of the day and really appreciate what I have around me.

Really putting things in perspective. There are days where my minor problems start to consume me. If I take a step back and look at the situation for what it is, most of the time its me who is making the problem much larger. If I can put things in perspective I can usually decide how I want to handle what ever the obstacle is. Most importantly I can chose to grow from the choices I make.
