I'm grateful for waking up and being able to finally hit the gym again after a week of crazyness !!!
For being able to see that my moms is getting better !!!
For my son , always getting smarter and smarter !!!
For my friends , FG , and my chick that keep me centered !!!
For good vibes , that I've needed these last few weeks !!!
For god that has given me life and family !!!

for being flattered by a woman asking me out that is about...started out as friends...and kinda evolved into something that hell IDK yet..lol....15 years younger than me...and OMG beautiful...lol

The health of my family. It can all change in the blink of an eye. I try to remember to be grateful for the days where nothing is great and nothing is horrible. Just another day of the same old same old is perfect for me.

I am grateful I got to spend a great weekend with the people I love. I ate food, watched football, laughed and decorated the house. (well my wife and son did). When I sit back and look at some of the chaos that is going on in the world I have it pretty damn good. I really try to reflect my gratitude in my attitude and actions. I think thats the most important aspect of gratitude is letting it shine through. Trust me, I dont always shine in fact sometime I am a grumpy old man but I keep trying. Very grateful today.
