A great meet for our daughter yesterday. this is the second meet of the season and she took 1st place overall again and placed 1st in 3 of 4 events. Coach wants to bump her up 2 levels but we are holding back for a little. Lt I cant even watch her most of the time,lol. I watch the video after she is done

People who are consitant. I enjoy the Internet and I like to visit different bodybuilding forums and gather knowledge. Lots of time I will run into individuals from familiar sites that I get to "know" (as good as you can know anyone online) and I am shocked by what I see. From one site to another their stories and opinions change. Now I'm not perfect and sometimes catch the gossip bug but I stay true to who I am. I really enjoy the people I find who have integrity and stay the same from one place to the next and we get to build pretty cool online relationships.

I'm damn lucky I don't have to do the shopping. Well.... Maybe the one's receiving the gifts are lucky I don't shop.
