      oblique machine: 3x20
      25 min. elliptical

      stomach vacuum exercises at home

          stay off that oblique machine animal. you want a huge waist man that's the ticket to one. google or do research on how fast the oblique muscles grow. they grow faster and easier than any muscle in your body. i have always been told by multiple trainers and coaches to avoid any and all direct work on them and if twists are a must do, you do it with a broom stick only and only 1x a wk tops

            Ok will do brother. I got thick abs already. I been trying to figure out some way to pull my waist in tighter. Where I have scar tissue in the left side of my abdomen, it makes it looke like I have love handles on that side .

              I feel like crap today. I did a little bit of cardio today, but I'm takeing a break from the weights, hopefully I feel better tom. and will hit legs.

              I'm getting a little older and this was the longest cycle I've ever done, so I excepted to feel kinda bad. Just gonna roll with the punches, the first week of pct is always hardest for me and I start bouncing back good about the 3rd week.

                    I'm already committed to my pct decision so I'm sticking it out. But after pct I'm getting my levels checked. Gusto or Guns how long should you wait after pct? 6 weeks? I cant remember how long to wait to get hormones checked after.

                      6-8 wks is optimal to see if your levels bounced back

                        Thrusday: Legs

                        Warmup

                        Squats: 5x10
                        horizontal leg press: 4x10
                        leg extensions: 4x10
                        leg curls: 4x10
                        Standing calf raises: 4x15


                        I ate a cheat meal preworkout, that helped me alot I think. I felt much better today my body didnt feel so worn out. I need to ge tmy scale from my old house this wkend and keep track of my weight and bf. I look a little smoother and less vascular, but I'm getting leaner still and the most aesthetic looking I have been in a long time.
