      Rack pulls: 5x8
      Barbell rows: 5x10
      tbar rows: 4x12
      cable rows: 5x15 ( triple drop sets last 2 sets)
      close grip lat pulldowns: 5x15 ( drop sets last 3 sets)
      reverse grip highrows: 5x15 (triple drop set last set)
      360 smith machine curls: 5x10 (5 drop sets last set)

            Friday:Legs

            warmup on treadmill 5 min.
            warmup

            Leg press: 8x12
            Front squats: 6x12
            hack squats: 5x15
            leg extensions: 5x20 (drop through whole stack last set)
            Stiff leg deads: 5x12
            lying leg curl: 6x15 (drop through whole stack last set)
            seated calf raises: 6x15(triple drop set last set)

              Saturday: Arms

              Rotator warmup with db
              warmup

              close grip bench: 5x10
              dip machine: 4x8
              tricep hammer extension machine: 5x12 ( last set double pyramid)
              concentration curls: 5x12
              pinwheel curls: 4x20
              hammer strength preacher curls: 4x15
              cable curls: 5x15 (drop through whole stack last set)
              tricep straight bar press-downs: 3 sets x till failure, drop through whole stack each set.

              Last day of cycle, pct starts tom. and it already sucks.

                  I just read though this whole thread and damn it was motivating! Animal you're a fuckin animal bro. I'm in a rebuilding process myself and need all the motivation I can get. This was a great read man, thank you for posting all this. I'm eager to check out some other logs now.

                    There are plenty of good logs here. We are lucky here to have such a dedicated group of members.

                      I'm running pct as well right now.... 250 test and 30 deca cruising is the shit.... Just hoping all my labs come back looking really good. Doing them in 2 weeks.

                          Monday: Chest/delts/tris

                          warmup
                          Hammer Bench
                          Incline BB
                          Incline cable flys
                          rear delt with cables
                          side raise with cables
                          Military press
                          seated calves
                          tricep extensions

                          Since I'm off now all exercises are 3 sets 10 reps except for calves were 4 sets of 10.

                          I'm going to be lifting 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week. I want to keep leaner and give my body a good break until around dec. when I want to bulk again.

                          I havent lost much strength so far, but Ive been tired and my mind feels kinda foggy.

                            How long have you been off for? What are you running for PCT? How old are you bro? Sorry if you already posted this... Ive been up to my ears in homework and have been slacking on looking at other peoples logs.

                              I've just been off this week. I'm running clomid/nolva for pct 50/30 50/20 50/20 25/10. I've got some peps and natural test booster I'm takeing too to help out. I'm 27, my natty levels are decent the last time I had them checked when I was off. I want to hold out until I'm at least 30-35 before I blast and cruise.

                              I've been busier myself lately, I usally like to brag on everyone in their logs but I;ve just had time to click likes.

                                Yeh I tried to PCT last fall and I just felt like shit so I started with the cruising. Im 37 though.
