change that casen in fat free milk shake over to a sugar free almond milk one and you will feel 10x better when you wake up. you actually feel fuller also. the wife loves the vanilla flavored one and has sworn off regular fat free milk entirely. i still like milk but if i have a shake i use the almond milk to cut down on sugar

I'll try I just freaking gag on almond milk I got up with acid reflux few mths ago grabbed what I thought was milk downed it and up it came wow this will be a challenge for me

if it doesnt agree with you then stick with what works man. no need to reinvent the wheel. some people dont tolerate one or the other i just like the almond one because it is a bit lower in sugars
