we are one in the same sir. funny thing is i have about 5 or 6 jugs of ben and jerry's cotton candy ice cream in my freezer right now for post prep haha. last year ihop had red velvet pancakes and i hammered them right after my show. oh and pop tarts had red velvet pop tarts also. i think in the off season sex is on the mind 24/7 and in prep mode it goes to about 12-14/7 with food being 24/7.

AM cardio one hr
Bicep-triceps
Meal one 44 mg protein shake
Meal two three egg whites two turkey bacon
Three protein shake
Four 6oz ground chicken
Five. Protein shake
Six chicken breast side of corn white
Bed time casein shake
Started fina and prop today feeling good post pics in morning

I like cardio listen to my country music and just go I do 300 pole twist after cardio
Day two
60 min cardio am empty stomach also chest workout
Meal one protein shake 60 g
Meal two five eggs whites four turkey bacon
Meal three 60 g shake
Meal four 12 oz ground chicken
Meal five 60 g shake
Meal six 16 oz flank steak with garden salad
