Trixie do you have any recent progress pictures? You've had to of been lifting up a storm.
I have been lifting heavy for about 4 months and am quite a bit thicker since my diet has been very lax. Recent pictures are not very flattering so posting them gets denied by the boss. I will put a couple up at the end of the month since I have been reviewing a Fat Loss Stack for IronChamps. Thanks for asking and following along here.
It's great to be Trixie!!! My fabulous hubby took my hard drive out of my broken computer and downloaded the files to my new one so everything is good to go. Thanks Rake for being the best!! I had a Pizza Hang-Over today, much worse than a booze hang-over super bloated from all the salt. I ate Pizza, Chocolate covered popcorn and trail mix for our big Superbowl blowout oh and Apple Martinis with crystal light as the mixer as if that made a dinkers damn. Going to shed the bloat and get back at a real diet that will bust it out for my Spring Bikini!

I did 2 no carb days after my Pizza hangover and today is low carb. Not quite sure where to go from here because I really want to start seeing results. Last month my weight stayed virtually the same and I didn't notice any significant fat loss.
