    Holy Hell. I made an error for the past, maybe 15 days. Thank God I was looking for sides on the fat stack I'm on. Bumped my prop to 0.7 eod but FORGOT that Rake gave me a bottle of 200 instead of the 100 I 've always taken. Hot flashes galore peeling my clothes off and crazy hot. Figured it out yesterday so hopefully will be feeling like my old self soon. I have shorts and a T-Shirt on today just n case. LOL.

                      Yesterday was a challenge for sure. Woke up well rested and in a great mood but it only lasted for awhile. Went to the gym with no breakfast, big mistake cause we got called into work so I starved for a couple hours. Off to Subway for a sandwich ate half then went back to the gym. Ate the other half on the way home. Took a nap that I wanted to last the rest of the day and night, but NO Rake woke me up so I had him take me shopping at VS. I did kick ass in the gym though.

                            We all have hunger pains and it sucks. I eat and am starving 1 hr later. I drink water all day more than I need to stop the cravings. U will meet every goal u have set no matter what I know by ur post that even when u are ready to throw in the towel u dig deep into ur heart and soul and achieve that is why I call u iron girl guts heart and soul made of true grit RESPECT u even motivate me!!!!!!!
