    some ppl don't care. I always have my buds in and I don't need to fein irritation right now...I am one ANGRY woman and its written all over my face....but this didn't stop him. lol. I think some ppl just think so highly of themselves they don't have a clue that they are intruding. I may try the hat thing though.

    put a hot on pull it down over your eyes and keep your head phones in. never and i mean never ever make eye contact if you are trying to get anything done. try to look irritated also that works very well haha. i am so bad that i will keep my head phones in my ears even if they arent on. i dont mind to shoot the bull with people as long as i am done training or if it is just a quick question

    5/4: shoulders

    db mil press: 35x10, 40x10, 45x7 2 sets
    db bent fly giant sets: 20/25/25x10 4 sets
    db raised lats: 15x10, 30x8, 30x8, 25x9
    wide grip bent row: 95x10 4 sets
    upright rows: 75x10 4 sets
    cable delts: 15x10 4 sets

    I had planned on a heavy shldr workout, but by the time I got to my bent rows I had a chatty cathy who wouldn't leave me alone. He talked my ear off for a solid 1/2 hour. Jeebis. After that I couldn't get back into the mindset I had going. Its amazing how some guys can stay in shape when they don't do a damn thing at the gym but lift 25% and yak the other 75. Its unfair to us women who work our a*ses off 100% of the time.

    today I am not going to the gym.

    5/3: Squats/ dl's

    Squats: 135 w/ux8, 145x5, 155x5, 165x5, 175x5, 135x10 I had 185 if I wanted it
    dl: 135 w/u, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5 2 sets
    good mornings: bar onlyx10 4 sets
    rdls: 95x10 4 sets
    cardio

    not bad. I am pushing the hammie a bit. I really need it close to 100% so I can start reaching for bigger dl #'s. That's going to forever be my wall I think. damn hammie...why did i have to be a runner??? lol. anyhoo...today i am going to do shoulders. I have been taking sunday off and going monday, but i end up using the smith and i wanna do some db work with them today. i will take tomorrow off.

    I have never had a leg pump! I get them in my bis and my rear delts. It makes the workout damn near impossible!

    looks like a pretty nasty workout and with the comments you made i would say it was a ncie and nasty one for srue. my favorite is when your legs do that like your biceps did. that pump where you cant even bend your legs with 135 on the squat bar lol. love it

    5/2 Tri/bi

    Close grip curls: 95x10 4 sets ss w/
    chin ups: 10, 8 finger still too sore to do many of these
    bar curls: bar onlyx15 4 sets ss w/
    rope pull downs: 65x15, 75x15 3 sets
    rev curls: bar onlyx 10x4 sets ss w/
    skulls: bar onlyx15 4 sets
    hammers: 25x9 4 sets
    cardio 20 mins

    I had killer bicep pumps right after the bar curls and they never let up. By the time I got to the hammers I felt like my skin was going to rip! Holy hell! I'm sorry Arnold, but pumps are NOT better than sex..heheh
    Today I plan on squating and deadlifting. I probably won't be able to dead 245 today so I will shoot for 225 as my working sets. I plan on killing it on squats though

    5/1 chest

    bench: 115x5 5 sets
    db flys: 35x12, 40x12, 45x10 2 sets
    incline: 85x9 4 sets
    forearms

    Short night. I had to roll. Strength felt down on bench. I struggled on each set to hit 5. I give it a couple weeks and see how I am doing then. cycle is worked out now. Tonight is...oh, tri and bi. and then deads tomorrow.

    leg press: 90x40 4 sets
    calves in press: 270x50 4 sets
    prone hammies: 30x20 4 sets
    leg ext: 60x12 4 sets
    abs
    walking lunges: bo 4 sets
    cardio: 20 mins


    I hate legs!! I will never ever like doing legs- evvvva. Overall though it was a good workout. Not sure what's on deck for tonight. Either tri/bi or chest.

    4/29 Back

    db rows: 55x8, 60x7, 65x6, 70x4, 65x5 I remember when I was striving to move 50's. lol...now I am mad when I cant hit 70x4
    wide grip pull downs: 115x10, 125x8, 140x5, 125x8, 140x4.75
    shrugs: 200x20 4 sets
    low rows: 150x10, 160x8, 170x7, 180x5, 160x8
    cable lat pulls: 65x15 4 sets

    Great back workout. I coulda kept going! I love doing back though. Genetically that is probably been the easiest thing for me to build and it shows. tonight I think I will do legs. My lats are sore already so I will wait to bench until tomorrow...besides I'm kinda looking forward to the punishment of the leg routine.

    4/28 Shoulders

    It was super busy at the gym last night. I had hoped to do db work, but I ended up having to use the smith for pressing.

    OH press: 50x10, 70x10, 80x9, 80x8 2 sets (I gotta start at 70 next time)
    Rear OH press: 70x7 4 sets
    Bent wide grip row: 95x10 4 sets
    Upright rows: 75x10, 85x7 2 sets, 75x10
    OH press bar only to bo: 3 sets
    Face pulls: 80x12 2 sets, 90x12 2 sets

    Not a bad workout. Tonight I think I will do back.
