    Good morning FG. Just tore up some shoulders and a very light leg workout first real leg work I've done since the whole sciatic thing started wished I could say it was pain free but it is what it is. It is not going to get in my way. Be careful and train around it. Still doing the Hypers. Every day. I will have a new notebook by tomorrow so my log won't be so vague. Shoulders feel big and swollen. Great workout side lateral front laterals rear Pec deck press in the Smith machine and even db Seated press. Hammered them good.

        Lol. Were going to have to make sure we get warmed up good we get after pretty good it's fun again. It's funny cause I'm sure I'm looking at him the same way he's looking at me when I finish my set. We won't be out done.

              Good morning FG. Ripped up some back this morning. Yesterday we had a high of 11°. This morning it is 12° also point is i done nothing yesterday except take my ass home and never got back out. So I still have no note book so I'm still a little vague. Here are the exercises.
              Machine supported rows
              Low pulley row
              Neutral wide grip pull downs
              Cable pull overs
              Machine preacher curls.
              Oh and of course my 5 sets of Hypers. The other exercises all were 6 sets 2 warm up 3 working sets and a burnout set. Working sets were 8-12 reps. Will try to get new notebook today.

                  Good morning FG. Hit chest for the 2nd time this week. Still have not got my flippin note book. I will this weekend for sure. This was my light day for chest.
                  Pec deck Flys
                  Middle cable Flys
                  High cable Flys
                  Machine press
                  Machine preacher curls
                  5 sets of each pyramid in weight up.
                  Felt great awesome pump really surprised how good I feel considering just on a test cruise. Added ligandrol yesterday 10mg a day. Have used before and really liked it new brand so we will see.

                                Oh and I have been doing the Hypers every day guns definitely helping.
