Good morning FG. No I have not gotten dramatically weaker over night. New gyms equipment is crazy can only use half as much weight as I'm used to. Good back and tris session in this morning.

Alright now this brings uo a question in your opinion how much protein do you think the body can process at once

depends on your carb and fat intake. i have done up to 6lbs of red meat per day with medium carbs and fat and as low as 8oz like i do now. both work very well but i like the higher carb and fat approach a tad bit better. i would say at a bare minimum 1.5g per pound. i have even read stuff about people doing it all in a couple meals and not having any issues. so i really dont completely buy off on only being able to process so much.

people do it man. i know a pro that i am pretty close with that only eats a lot when prepping. hell he doesnt even really train in the off season and drinks like a fish. so in all reality i think it is more on how the individual handles it and not so much what people say and numbers. if you can grow off of eating once a day or maintain without training or dieting at all. hell i say pour it on, cause that is certainly not the case for me. i have to eat and work my ass off every day to get and keep the little i got
