            Good morning FG. Did some calves and quads this morning felt Damn good never wrapped my knees today and I usually do when I go over 300 on hacks or 600 on leg press.
            10 minutes on treadmill
            Standing calf press
            75-40

                          That's funny man their is no way I'm stronger than you on anything. But I will catch you. I have to jump off of a chair and pray I don't rack myself on the bar that you put your legs under.

                            Do you think it's a bad idea to start with them or just a preference. Really trying to get wider. People comment on how thick I look but never wide. Any suggestions ?

                              no nothing wrong with it at all really.. we normally just hammer lower lats with a pull down movement if that's what we start with. 99% of the time my first movement is lower lat focused either way
