    squats smith machine 100lbs for 4 sets 15 reps
    leg curls 40/50/60lbs for 15 reps
    leg ext 30/40/50 for 15 reps
    calf - raise 45 lb 4 sets 20 reps
    breakfast two scoops myofusion -milk two eggs
    mid morning chicken sandwich
    post workout 80 g iso whey
    lunch cottage cheese and 2 scoops myofusion
    dinner pork chops and squash

    This will be my wife's 8 th cycle she knows how to watch for sides and how she reacts to aas she is still in recovery from a shoulder and bicep tear last year so her workouts are light weight high reps her goal with this cycle is to gain mass to tighten up her problem areas.
