    Warmup

    Squats: 135x20 225x15 315x15 for 3 sets 225x6?? 135x15
    Leg Press: 5x10
    Leg extensions: 4x15 drop through whole stack last set
    Leg curls: 4x15 drop through whole stack last set
    Standing calf raises: 5x15


    My cutting is going really good. Its noticable to other people I keep leaning up. But I'm so used to eating so much its killing me. I get tired easy on leg days.

        i like it animal. cutting down on the cals is brutal man and something i found if you can tolerate it is to have most of your carbs for the day pre and post workout. that helps a lot of people with getting through grueling workouts. myself personally, i like to evenly space them out through the day so i feel full. as you can tell i really dont like being hungry

          Yea thats what I do too guns. I spread them out and have a little extra before I workout.

              dip machine: 2x15, 2x to failure and drop set to failure
              tricep machine: 5x15
              Hammer curls: 4x8
              Concentration curls: 4x10
              incline curls: 4x10
              prechers curls: 4x20
              Single arm tricep pushdowns: 4x20
              ab work

                Decline cable flys: 4x15 drop set last set

                Dips: tried to do some but my arm and shoulder had had it could only get a few
                tricep pushdowns: 4x10 drop through stack last set

                          I havent been missing the gym I've just been so dang busy I've fallen behind in my log. I'll start up dateing like regular next week.

                                build myself into a

                                im going to take up all of your workouts that i can do in my little gym (really small) need to go to a bigger gym and ill be able to do all of those moves.
                                im going to become a beast, once i start next week im going to do my weight, sizes and all.. and post up the gains every month or so..
                                i hope you will watch my gains and comment on my gains. and i hope i do good by your standards.
                                (well my twin brother and i will be doing it.)
                                im gonna have to make him become apart of the family.. he will love it. thanks.
