Hate to hear this about the neighbor but those Deadly Sins really get to people in this case Envy, and it is always either family or the closest friends who offend. She has absolutely no idea what dedication it takes to make such an extreme change in your diet and work out plan. They are telling me my face is too thin and I will look old. in that pic your ab wall is showing so that puts you in about the 12% range give or take which is where most will start a diet or prep at. so fuck what her opinion is. haters going to hate esp when you are better than they are. now what i would do is run around the neighborhood shirtless in short shorts just to be a smart ass. oh wait that's what i do lol but it works. keep doing what you are doing and tearing it up you are well ahead of the game
