          Today:

          Well I had a great day! My 2nd Grandbaby was born this morning. Boy is he ugly, I hope he looks better by the weekend when I go see him. 8#7oz. so he's pretty beat up. Got to go to work today and help set some accent tile, a lot harder than it should have been but we got-er-done.

          We have started to do some free weight again so taking it slow and light til we get the form down. Meadows Rows had to be done with the bar in that 'Home Plate' looking contraption bc our handles on the V-Bar row kept dragging and messing with us. We both wanted to go home after the foam rolling but hung in there for the whole workout today.


          Monday Chest, Back

                    Great workout day! Nice to be inside with it 108 outside. Got back to the gym for cardio 2 days in a row now, just waiting to see this fat fall off. I was given a subtle suggestion to up my calorie count so I have also been working on that. Added a shake in last night and got in 1800 cals and 255 protein yesterday on no carbs. Highlight of the day the Victoria's Secret Sale.

                      A bit sluggish today and been starving all week even though I am eating more often. My workout was very slow and controlled on all the sets and I can feel that my chest and tris will be sore tomorrow. Got to go pack for my trip to San Diego and get back to the gym for cardio.

                                I love this town and love this gym. Lots of young people who are serious and some older folks that look like 'eye candy' Couldn't take my eyes off a chick, Kristina Vaughn, Look her up I want to look like her when I grow up. Got in BIG trouble yesterday contacting 'Hey Sexy' but Rake always forgives me the next day.
