WOW! Guys, thank you so much for the encouragement. This is my first year really making goals dieting, strengthening and building. I was thinking I'm crazy to want to build at this age but this ended up being a great experience for me. One thing I know for sure is that after my next cut I will not be left with Barbie arms. LOL. You got me. I haven't worked out since last Tuesday. My diet has been pretty decent considering we have had tons of food and family in the house for the last week. I actually lost 3 pounds in the last 10 days practicing for the new year. I will be trying a new product for IRONCHAMPUSA and doing a update log for them on an am/pm fat loss stack. Plan to get back at it and tear up the gym more ofter too since things slow down after football bowl season. Thanks for checking in it means the world to me. Luv ya beastie.

Been over 2 years since i have done classes and I felt it for sure, your 'Iron Woman' was reduced to a wheezing little girl; (well not that bad) but I will definitely add this to my weekly routines for a few months. My quads actually cramped when I lay down for the tricep track. Doing a review on a Fat Loss Stack for IRONCHAMPUSA starting today so I will be stepping it up. Look for my review thread.

just keep in mind that the high intensity cardio stuff will burn up you muscle just as fast if not faster than body fat if your diet isnt in check. dont want to burn off the muscle you added on this year wink wink

Seems like you had a camera on my diet for the past few months huh? I am fixing everything and will be pounding the protein no sugar. I am going back to the 8 day plan but reducing the carb count for the days unless you have something else in mind.

Terrific day in the gym today and I love that new F.I.S.T. recipe for Turkey Bacon wrapped Chicken Breasts so I'll ride that pony til I have saddle sores. LOL. Still a bit busy at work so a little late to get my post up but I'm on a Medium Carb day and will be nailing down my diet and throwing in a few 2-a-days here pretty soon. Did manage to get by the Victoria's secret Sale today though.

Thanks for the advice guns, I have been doing very well staying off the scale in fact I will have to make an effort to weigh tomorrow. I do feel a little bad about how much I gained back but Rake assures me that there will be more muscle under there than last year. My main goal will be to keep my protein up all year on a more consistent basis. Guess it's baby steps but at least forward progress for me. 10 days off the gym really has me weak and super sore but it is worth it to get back to more days a week. If I'm going to be sore I'd rather it be from a workout than inactivity.
