    Thanksgiving was a very long work day but we went out for dinner at "The Top of the World" at 8 pm, a lot late for me but I had great left overs.

    Babybel Light cheese
    Grilled Chicken breast
    1 C ff Cottage Cheese
    2 scoop ISO 100 Pina Colada flavor / Vitamins
    4 oz Rib Eye, 1/4 Twice baked potato


    Friday was great, I got an extra workout in for the week and I'm getting my diet back under control.

    Quads/Triceps Tuesdays & Fridays

    Stairmaster level 10 warmup 5 min
    Leg extensions 60x60x3(warmup)
    Dips Machine 120x16, 135x14, 150x12
    Hack Squats 135x12, 180x12, 225x8
    Cybex ab Machine 50x35, 60x35, 70x30
    Single Arm Tri machine 40x12, 50x10, 60x7 this machine tends to be lighter
    Single leg extension 50x12, 55x12, 60x10
    Single arm cable Bicep 30x12, 40x10, 50x8
    Ab Crunches 200x2
    Adductor 30x30, 40x25, 60x20
    Abductor 30x30, 40x25, 50x20
    Row 1000m

    Egg
    Babybel Light cheese

    8 slices Turkey Breast lunch meat w/ 2 slices Pepper Jack cheese

    Saturday
    No workout

    1/3 can chicken breast
    I bought Subway sandwiches but just couldn't eat any of it. I was out of Orange Triad for about 4 days and the steak got caught in my system.

            Great days in Vegas! Rainy so I got to stay home and get the house in shape for the holidays. Killer workouts Tuesday and Today. My son's fiance came in and made Turkey Chili so I have been feasting on that for a couple days. I did kill myself in the gym so it worked out perfectly. Also, we got our enzymes in yesterday so I felt like a new woman before the brutal session today. Such a fine line to tow at my age.

                    No workout today just did yard work. Getting back to a reasonable diet.

                    Low Carb 30, Cal 1500 12/4
                    1 whole egg
                    Turkey Chili

                      No workout, just sewing today. Made a big Santa bag for in front of my fireplace. I need to find a used lifting belt for Rake but I have no idea what size. He is in 32" Levi's in summer and 33 and 34 in winter. Maybe one of you guys can help me with this.

                          Well I'm still at it, I really am. Yesterday I got my 4th workout in for the week. YAY, I'm super strong but also very sore this week. Rake is eating like a maniac so still having some challenges with a reasonable diet but am looking forward to January when we start cutting. I hope there is more muscle under there this time out. It should be interesting to see.

                              Thanks so much for your encouragement having only 3 to 4 workouts a week is killing me. I feel so much better on 6 days with a bit lighter higher reps but I'll struggle through til January. We are both doing great and looking forward to a lighter work schedule as well. Miss you and Mountain Woman. Have a great week.
