          Hey Yall, It's kind of boring when you don't have time to train. This trip hasn't been too bad just very long and tiring. We are about half way through now. We are missing at least 3 workouts maybe Friday too if I feel this tired still. We had a good meal plan yesterday and it worked. The rest of the trip will go a little downhill we had yogurt and a shake early, then some Spanish rice I brought along, Subway sandwich for lunch and probably a shake in a little while. We brought turkey lunch meat and cheese so that has filled the gaps. Will be happy when we are home and back to our routine.

            looks to me like you are sticking to it and adapting pretty well. i hate traveling just for that reason. also the bright side is you got a little rest from the gym and you will get back stronger and refreshed to hit it hard as hell

              My poor 'lil' body is so sore from flights, rental cars and hotel beds I will be happy to have sore muscles from working them HARD. Can't quite believe I can say lil body. LOL. Just got new shorts at Goodwill I was bubbling out of 2 weeks ago and can pull them off without unbuttoning them now. CRAZY

                that is fantastic and we even have you eating more. cool thing is it will continue to go down even as you raise your food levels up a little bit at a time

                  WOW, does it feel great to be home. I feel human again, that time difference really hits you hard when the work that needs to be done starts early and you go to bed extra late from traveling. I got to come home to my order from TGB, Dymatize Pina Colada Flavor went straight into the shaker and guns is right again delicious. I also see that there is virtually no carbs so on those low and no carb days this is a perfect choice. The Gaspari Myofusion in Chocolate Peanut butter flavor is here too and it looks similar to the ON Gold Standard I have been taking with just a few more carbs so I will save that for higher carb days. I swear I am going to figure out this diet if it kills me.

                  So when I said the diet was going down hill the longer my trip lasted I wasn't joking. I ended up at Arby's last night for the Ruben sandwich and went to Denny's this morning for a Grand Slam. Rake and My son are both totally disappointed in me. Just screwed the pooch on back to backs. But when I got home my son had a few grilled chicken breasts waiting for me and I can't wait to get back at it tomorrow.

                    Amazing progress Trixie! You have a very great and detailed log here. I love that you are posting pictures that really keeps everything interesting. I also hated that you posted pictures because all the food looks so great and well now I'm starving haha.

                    Cant wait to see more, keep up the great work you are very motivating that is for sure!

                      on those zero carb days you as long as you can stay under 25g of carbs with only residual sugar you are good to go. i dont know if i pointed that out lol. those two oh no meals arent going to set you back at all so dont sweat them. just keep on plugging away at it and you will get it down in no time

                            I'M BACK. I felt great at the gym today missed 4 work outs and it was nice to feel all stretched out and relaxed. Left the house and forgot my cheat sheet and granny glasses so I went from memory and it worked, must be getting it into my head. A lady my age has been watching and sometimes asking what I am doing to change so much. I tell her the same thing every time, today I just said DIET!!! she doesn't want to and asked me for my 'Magic Pill' I told her it has taken 5 months so far and she still acted like I did it over night. Quite infuriating.

                            Now about my diet, the light bulb finally came on that my carbs and protien should be more evenly paced throughout my plan so that's what I'm going to start working on. I tend to get a little one track minded and then can't see the whole picture so working on that one. I split my post work out shake and took half before I left the house so that there was about 30g of protein to work with. still scrambling to get enough calories in there but I'm sure I'll stumble across an easy fix soon. Should have had some rice cereal this morning but as you can see I have been trying to avoid that stuff 'like the plague', maybe tomorrow.

                              baby steps trixie and it is all coming together for you now. you have it ironed out almost to a t. now the fun part will be us figuring out where your maintance cal level is and then easing back from there a little bit to keep you dropping bf and holding good solid muscle. that would be my next goal for you to work on

                                I have gained weight from 6 weeks ago and I gained a half inch on my thigh , lost a quarter on my arm but the waist wont budge. Should I cut some fat intake? I know I am still at the lowest end of all you have recommended. I have about 3 to 4 inches that still should come off around my waist.
