    4.06.07 delts and bench asst. shoulders were bothering me today so I took it kinda easy

    Decline bench 205x8x3
    Triceps ext on decline bench 135x8x3
    Blast strap push ups bodyweight x 50
    Blast strap triceps ext. bodyweight x 10x3

                I weighed today and have actually lost down to 184. Ah well, that's about par for me. Any way, trainin partners didn't show so I just did some raw stuff. I haven't gone heavy raw in some time but just wanted to see what I had in me.

                  Rack pulls below knee no belt bar x 5, 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 365x3 belt on 405x1, 455x1, 495x1, 545x1, 585x1, this last pull was tough and I really don't know why. I'll just chalk it up to an off day.

                  Chest support rows med. grip 115x10x2 all sets done with a 3 sec. hold
                  Chest support rows bottom grip 115x10x2
                  Chest support rows top grip 90x15x2
                  gonna do some abs and biceps tonight.

                              I have a Metal Viking size 52, I've had it for about 2yrs now. It's not really loose per say, but not tight either. I may switch to my 50 when I get closer to the meet (sept. 8) but for now I'm just gonna use the 52.

                                Yeah I sat and read thru every post last night, just caught my attention and it took me about 35 minutes to read it all. Very nice to see someone else has ****ty workouts too and notes it down.....the only thing worse than a ****ty workout is not going at all I say!

                                Got a link on those bands bro? I am curious to check them out, seem liek they work great for you guys!
