Warmed up to 285x5x3 all reps paused. Actually I found out as I was unloading the bar that I had a 10 on the left and a 5 on the other, felt like such a tard.

I got my cast off yesterday and got a "moon boot" now. For some reason this damn leg isn't healing very quickly, doc said there is some bone growth but I ain't healed yet. My left calf is about double my right and my quad is a bit shrunken as well. Eh, it'll get back to normal soon enough I guess.
Note to self, NO MORE TIRE FLIPPIN DAMNIT!
Alright, I'm gettin back into it takin baby steps. Monday I did some light squats, 225x10x2 and no pain at all. I'm gonna stick with some really light stuff for a few weeks and then start really testin the waters.

Gettin back into the shirt now cause I plan on competing again sometime early next year.
Warmed up raw to 335x3 off the 2 board close grip then shirt on still with the 2 board: 365x3, 385x3, 405x3, 425x1. Nothin great (pr is 545x3) but it'll come back to me pretty quick I think.
Back to raw work 3 board 315x5x3 close grip with 3 second pause at the bottom.
Pushdowns 75x10x2 done fast
