      Well, I use briefs when doing speed work but it still went up much faster than I had expected.

        1.2.07 shirt benchin
        Tonight sucked ass big time!!!!!!
        I warmed up to 275x3 + 40# chain raw, then put on my shirt.
        2 Board BP 275x3, 315x3, 365x3, 405x3, 455x3, this is where it gets ugly, I was planning on 495x3 plus chain. I've had this number in my head since last week. So, the bar is loaded with 495, I get the hand off, and press the first rep pretty easily, I'm thinkin wow I'm gonna end up with around 525-545 for a triple, bring the bar back down and DAMN! My right wrist twitched backwards for some fukked up reason and it literally felt like my wrist had been smashed with fukkin hammer! Well, I decided that I was done with the shirt work and figured some lighter raw work will be ok, so I start some raw 4 board presses, 225x5 easy, 275x5 easy, 315 and the pain was back full force. So now I'm pretty pissed and icing the ***** down. I don't think I messed it up bad cause I still have full range of motion and only a little bit of swelling but **** this pisses me off! Oh well, I'm gonna go try to get a piece of ass from the wife so I can feel like the night wasn't a total waste.

          Went to my massage guy today and he worked my forearms like freakin crazy! I've been icing it as well as using heat then cold and repeating. My buddy is planning on holding a bench meet here in town sometime in Feb, he's gotta get with everyone to decide on a date but God willing, my forearms and wrists will hold together long enough for me to put up something decent!

            close stance squat to 14" box w/80#chain warmed up to 235x5, 285x3, 325x3, 375x3, 325x3
            rack pulls from 2" below knee 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1, 495x1, 545x1
            shrugs 455x6x3
            abs
            right forearm still hurts like a *****, but not bad enough to keep me out. It actually bothered me more on the squats than on pulls.

              1.11.07 Back work
              Warmed up with a few sets of seated rows then,
              wide grip pulldowns 200x10x3
              chest support rows 3 plates x 6x3
              1 arm db rows 95x12x2
              I prolly shouldn't have done anything today cause of my wrist but everything went well (I could feel it but it wasn't too painful) until the 1 arm rows. When I did them with my left arm I used my right to support myself on the bench and just that little bit sent my wrist over the fukkin edge again. I'll be glad when I find out what the hell is goin on.

                1.15.07 Speed squat/dl
                Hamstrings were still sore from some extra stuff I did over the weekend (banded good mornings, and band leg curls for high reps) so I just kidna took it easy today.
                Speed squat with 80# chain off a 14" box
                Warmed up to 285x2x2, 355x2x2, 415x2x2, 375x2x2
                Dl 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1x6
                did some abs and that's it

                  Did some safety squat bar pause (2 count) squats close stance with 80# chain.
                  Bar x10, bar + chain x10, 145+ chain x 5, 195x5, 235x5, 325x5, 375x5
                  Rack pulls with weight 2" off floor 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1, 495x1
                  Shrugs 455x8x3
                  Abs
                  All sets done with about 30-45 sec. rest in between.

                    I decided to try some light benchin and here's how it went.
                    Floor presses w/chain barx10, bar w/chain x 10, 135x10, 185x5, 225x3, 275x3x3, all three sets of 275 felt fine, I was aware of my wrist but nothing too major. Tried 315 but immediately put it back in the rack cause it hurt like hell, not quite as bad as before but close.
                    Triceps ext 55 # db's 10x4
                    Tate presses same weight x6x3

                      Wide grip pulldowns, warmed up to 200x6x4
                      Close sup. grip pulldowns 150x8x4
                      OHP's barx10, 95x10, 155x6x3
                      Face pulls 75x10x3
                      Rev. grip curls 75x10x3
                      my wrist is still lettin me know it's there and not 100% but it's gettin better. Still takin relafin, icing it down a couple of times per day and using horse linament a couple of times per day.

                        1.29.07 squat/dl raw (just belt)
                        Decided to kinda see where I was at today.
                        Squat off 14" box w/80# chain, barx10, 145x5, 195x5, 235x3, 285x3 325x3, 375x3, 415x2, 465x2, 505x1. The 505 went up really good but there wasn't anyone there to spot me so I just stopped there.
                        DL 405x1, 455x1, 495x1, 545x1, 585x1, 600x1. I treated these the same way I do speed, approx. 45 seconds rest between sets. I was kinda suprised by this cause I haven't gone real heavy in a while, but I guess I'm doin something right.

                              Floor press speed work with 40# chain using three different grips (index on smooth, couple inches wider and pinky on ring). Warmed up to: 165x3x3, 185x3x3, 165x3x3
                              Incline db bench 80'sx12x3
                              Tate Presses 50'sx10x2
                              lateral raises 45'sx8x2
                              rear delt raises 25'sx12x2
                              pushdowns 50x a bunch of reps for a single set.
